Fees

School Fees & Conveyance fee must be paid either at a time or in monthly installments. However monthly fee is to be paid on or before 5th of every month. Additional fine will be collected from defaulting parents.

Admission Procedure

The schedule of admission starts on 15th April Students are admitted generally to ARUN (LKG), UDAYA (UKG), Class I and Class However admission to other classes will depend upon availability of seats. Applications and prospectus are available at school office during working hours on all working days.

Minimum Age For Admission

Play School (2 years 6 months)
LKG (3 years and 6 months]
Class I (5 years) as on 31st May.

Application Procedure

Applicants should produce an attested photo copy of the official birth certificate and two copies of passport size photographs at the time of admission

Uniform & Dresscode

Prescribed uniforms only must be worn on all working days.We expect parents to ensure that their child is send to school with complete uniforms-washed dress, polished shoes and ID cards. Only black coloured footwear insted of black shoe during June to October (Monsoon seasson].

Detail About How To Apply

On a stringent scrutiny on the results of the entrance tests administered on the notified dates, admissions are conducted in the month of April, for which the parents will have to obtain the prospectus along with the application form. Submission of birth certificate at the time of admission is held mandatory. Transfer Certificate will be compulsorily collected for admission to Class II onward. Admissions to kindergarten will commence during the month of December of the previous year.

Admission Norms

Before seeking admission to Lower KG and STD I, a child must have necessarily completed three years and five years of age respectively. An official birth certificate must be produced as proof of date of birth when joining. If migrating from another institution, a Transfer Certificate from the institution concerned, duly countersigned by the education authority of the place should also be presented.
Students foregoing admission not withstanding duly prior intimation could in future forfeit any claim for refund of registration fee, special fee, conveyance charges etc.

Admissions and withdrawals

1. Students migrating from other schools are requested to bring their Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
2. On admission, the entrance fee, special fee and tuition fee for the term should be paid, which is not refundable under any circumstances.
3. On leaving, Transfer Certificate should be issued only to those who have paid the fees and cleared other dues

Student Interaction with Vice Principal

The Student is then required to attend an interaction session/Aptitude Test with the Vice Principal (as per the grade).

Payment of Fees

Once admission is cleared and notified, the parent proceed with Fee Payment and secure the seat.

Welcome Letter

An Admission Number is generated and Welcome Letter confirming the seat is handed over to the Parent/Guardian.
